About Us
We are a homestead family of 7 working hard to turn our hillside farm in the great province of New Brunswick into a working homestead, planting vegetables, raising our German Shepherd dogs and our livestock.
Hailing from the Niagara Region we set out on an adventure to find our homestead dream, we yearned for a way of life where we can provide for our family by homeschooling our four daughters, centering our lives on Christ, depending on the land to nourish and feed us, and to be able grow to be a healthy apart of our community.
We are located in New Brunswick north of Fredericton and live nestled into the hillside. There is an abundance of flora found here like, tamarack trees, hemlock, balsam fir, white pine, and spruce. The forests floor has cranberries, blueberries, blackberries, wild strawberries, raspberries an abundance of mushrooms herbal plants and more.
Our forest also has native butternut trees, walnut, Kentucky coffee bean, new jersey tea bushes, ginseng and even hazelnuts! The animal species is just as diverse including bears, beavers, fishers, moose, wild cats, porcupines, racoons, red squirrels, flying squirrels, tree frogs, 3 lined skinks, stick bugs and so much more!
We enjoy working our vegetable gardens and try to expand it every year. We sell our produce at our gate side farmer market that starts in early June. You can also find baked goods and crafts made here on the farm by the family.

One of our favorite aspects of the farm is the animals. They are an integral part of the process of farming allowing us to keep our waste down and production up, with the benefit of the manures which allows us to skip the pesticides and chemical fertilizers leading to healthier soils, plants and people.
